Wakey wakey Most of the time when I reach home, Andre will be still in his cot, sleeping. So, I was rather lucky when he woke up as I stepped into his room. No time to lose...I always wanted a shot of his sleepy look. ![]() Andre thinking, "Mummy, you are sooooo mean!" Labels: Andre Wednesday, 19 November 2008 @ 16:20
Ikea Baby I miss my special order. What could he be doing right now? Probably sleeping. I guess he needs the sleep now - of course in order to grow, and also, he deserves it for not be naughty in my tummy during my uni first year. :) He went through with me for me endless nights of cramming for exams, lectures & 3-hour exam papers. Thanks baby. Mummy loves you! See ya tomorrow. By the way, here's a photo again of him at IKEA. He loves it, especially when we put the paper bib around him. ![]() Labels: Andre Monday, 17 November 2008 @ 14:20
Missing Andre already Before having Andre, I can never understand why mothers literally drop their work almost immediately at 6pm, just to rush home to see their kids. Now, being Andre's mummy, I finally knew why. ![]() Seeing your baby smiling at you when you return home from work makes you feel that all your troubles are simply nothing. All complaints, headaches, grumbles always seems to evaporate the moment I see my baby. My special order - I am already missing him. Thinking that I will not be able to see him for the next 3 days made me sign...hai..but still, just have to bit my lips and go through it - after all, part of reason why I wanted to complete my degree is because of my precious too. :) Will work hard! (Duh....thinking of the corporate finance class later this evening...really deflates my ego...) ![]() Friday, 14 November 2008 @ 17:11
Last day at work for Karen This has been an eventful year. My pregnancy (which I've conquered erh..with the help of epidural), my math paper & colleagues leaving Ascott. Today, we celebrated Karen's farewell with lunch at "Seoul Yummy" at Square 2. Karen has been great help during my maternity leave + lotsa help when I was back. It will never be the same without her. We had fun, a lot of laughter, jokes...Karen, we'll miss you. Do drop by sometimes for lunch...(I'll promise to do drinking some days!) ![]() ![]() ![]() Labels: celebration, Colleagues, Happiness Thursday, 6 November 2008 @ 00:48
